A great colleague who can provide solid support for the wide range of HR activities, from recruitment to career end.

As an HR Assistant you work in tandem with our Head of HR and ensure the correct execution of various administrative and organizational tasks in the HR department. You take care of the payroll for our employees flawlessly, in collaboration with the social secretariat. You carry out the daily personnel administration (registration of absences, preparing contract documents, file management insurance, SME portfolio, ...) and you are the first point of contact for all common social-legal matters. You support the recruitment process from A to Z and you welcome new employees. You are responsible for the operational follow-up of training courses. In addition, you support our Head of HR with various HR projects, both in hard and soft HR, personnel events, internal communication and the like.

Job requirements


  • You have a bachelor's degree
  • You have at least 3 years of relevant work experience
  • You have a basic knowledge of social legislation and are very interested in HR
  • You have strong communication and administrative skills
  • You are sufficiently assertive and proactive
  • You are tactful, discreet and service and quality oriented
  • You are Dutch-speaking and can express yourself both orally and in writing in French and English
