We are currently seeking an experienced leader to join our dynamic team. As the Head of Support, you will be responsible for managing a team of support specialists who provide exceptional customer service to our clients.


Job requirements

With at least 5 years of experience in telecom support, you have a proven track record of leading a team to success. You are passionate about providing top-notch technical assistance to our clients, and you’re committed to delivering outstanding results.


Your responsibilities will include: 

  • managing and overseeing the customer support team;
  • developing and implementing strategies and processes to improve the quality and efficiency of support services;
  • establishing performance objectives, and tracking progress towards achieving them;
  • recruiting, onboarding, and mentoring support agents, as well as nurturing an environment where they can excel.

To be successful in this role, you have: 

  • excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; 
  • strong leadership and people management skills; 
  • great problem-solving skills;
  • the ability to make sound decisions under pressure;
  • hands-on experience of various telecom technologies such as xDSL, GPON, VoIP, SIP, DNS, email services, as well as mobile telephony.
