Are you a tech-savvy problem solver who enjoys putting a smile on our customers' faces? Then strengthen our helpdesk team as a Support Engineer!

You ensure that our customers in Belgium and the Netherlands receive the technical assistance they need. You register incidents and service requests in our support platform and bridge the gap between our network engineers and our customers.

Job requirements

This is what you bring to the table:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience as a support engineer in telecom or IT, with experience in solving technical problems;
  • Basic experience with modems/routers, and knowledge of xDSL, GPON, VoIP, SIP, WAN/LAN, TCP/IP networks and DNS is a plus;
  • You can work with CRM systems and team tools, and you can quickly and accurately document all support activities.
  • You live in Belgium.

  • You speak and write fluently Dutch and/or French, and English.

  • You are flexible in working hours (no late evening or night shifts).
