Provisioning Assistant

Job description

For our Service Delivery team responsible for 'provisioning', we are looking for some new colleagues with a distinct technical-administrative talent. Fancy a job as a Service Delivery Officer and you live somewhere in Belgium? Then read on quickly!

“What is Provisioning?”

According to Wikipedia: Provisioning involves the process of preparing and equipping a network to allow it to provide new services to its users.

According to edpnet: Provisioning is making customers, partners and internal colleagues happy. You activate the connections and put out the (figurative) fires. You do this in these domains: DSL, optic fiber, fixed telephony, mobile telephony & data.

“And who the hell is edpnet?”

You know Proximus and Telenet? We do pretty much the same thing, but with happier customers and without fuss. We are an idiosyncratic and independent telecom provider, since 1999. 'Internet only' subscriptions with fast and truly unlimited internet, without small print: that is our thing. Everything at a fair price, without hassle. And our strong, personal service? It may very soon depend on you!

Job requirements

You know this like the back of your hand:

  • Ensuring the end-to-end follow-up of orders;
  • Find a solution for every question and problem of our customers, and be able to explain it in plain language;
  • Ensure that everything runs smoothly from order to invoicing, and respond appropriately in case of problems.

And this is how you do it:

  • Punctual;
  • Strong in communication;
  • Problem solving in every situation (you see through problems and take that extra step to resolve them);
  • Aware of the consequences of your actions;
  • As good in French and Dutch as you are in English.

And what can you expect from us?

In addition to great karma at the office, you can count on:

  • An exciting full-time position - with the possibility of teleworking;
  • A close-knit team, with a treasure of a supervisor;
  • Solid on-the-job training and permanent coaching;
  • A decent salary linked to your experience;
  • Extra-legal bells and whistles, such as meal vouchers and hospitalization insurance.
